Multi Family
The Farm is a multi-family apartment complex in Taylor Mill, KY. This phase of the project consisted of (3) 3 story buildings totaling (72) 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The traditional wood construction was clad in brick veneer, fiber cement siding and each unit had a balcony. TRA worked with Advantage Group Engineers and Halpe Associates on the structural and MEP engineering, respectively. The units are affordable yet stylish and the site, designed by Choice One Engineering, is bordered by a heavily wooded area.
