Located in the Cable House building, the unique architecture of the existing space gave a lot to the design as a new workspace for this marketing agency. The main volume of the space lent itself as the main reception space with open collaboration tiered seating, break area, and workstations. The adjacent space on the other side of the brick wall had lower ceilings and a narrow configuration, best serving as private offices and huddle spaces. By maintaining the industrial feel of the space with black aluminum frames and grey finishes, the wood stairs and tiered seating provides a warm contrast, breathing new life into the previously largely vacant building.
