TRA worked with J Kattman Associates in 2017 to reimagine this old dated hotel. We helped with renovations in the entry
and common areas including the front desk, restaurant, bar, lounge areas, corridors, banquet halls, fitness and pool area.
We switched the location of the main entry to be right near the bar restaurant allowing the added activity to further energize
the space. We also improved handicap access and renovated the look of the front entry with new stone veneer and a new
automatic door to reflect the newly renovated interiors. TRA coordinated both architecture and MEP engineering on this
project, and was there throughout the construction process to help work through any construction issues. The finished
product is truly a sight to behold.
