TRA was able to assist these first time restaurant owners to transform the run-down but historic AJ’s Roadhouse into the new Grove Park Grille. The old U-shaped bar in the center of the restaurant was removed and replaced with a new bar on the front wall with a back portion that is back lit by windows. The wall between the main dining room and the garden room was also removed to allow for a more modern, open arrangement. Stone, wood, and marble were also used on the interior to create a clean fresh environment with rich materials. The exterior deck was expanded, the outdoor bar redesigned, and an outdoor restroom added for convenience.
