Working with our client, TRA was able to design a new roller coaster station at Carowinds titled ‘Fury 325’ that reflects its buzzworthy name. The hexagon theming hails back to the “hornet’s nest of rebellion” that the British general Cornwallis ran into when trying to invade the Carolinas during the revolutionary war. The 325’ high ride is the fastest and tallest Gigacoaster in the world. A ride photo counter and merchandise shop are integrated in the lower level on the exit path for the guests as is typical for these thrilling coasters.
