TRA partnered with Dr. Joe Herald and Graybach Construction on this new dentist office. Dr. Herald purchased this building in Ft. Thomas, KY and occupies the entire first floor. The buildout includes standard dental office spaces such as waiting, reception, office spaces, x-ray, sterilization and exam rooms; and also includes surgical rooms for dental surgery. TRA’s role included schematic and development design work, construction documents, and interior finish selections.
