Cushman Wakefield approached TRA to help Callisons develop this regional office and test lab in Cincinnati for this international favor company. Callisons wanted to create a fresh look to reflect the vibrant favors they develop so it was important to keep things light, bright and open while also serving a multitude of unique needs from lab rooms with unique ventilation requirements to open collaboration areas for brainstorming and taste testing. We assisted with design and construction documents, as well as interior finishes, lighting and AV solutions.
